Du har sikkert set müsli og granola, mens ni gik gennem kornafdelingen inom dit lokale supermarked, især hvis ni leder efter hurtige og sunde valg til morgenmaden.

Du har måske bemærket, at de ser næsten identiske ud og indeholder mange af dem samme komponenter, hvilket gør dig forvirret over, hvad der egentlig adskiller dem…
