Råkat ta dubbel dos citalopram

I morse kom jag på att jag glömt ta antidepressiva igår kväll innan jag gick och la mig. Jag drömde som vanligt helt sjuka drömmar, men det har hänt så många gånger tidigare att jag inte oroar mig alls längre. Tänkte skriva lite om vad man bör göra om man glömmer sin antidepressiva medicin ifall det är någon som undrar.

Jag tar min antidepressiva medicin (Sertralin) på kvällen eftersom jag tyckte att jag blev trött av att ta dem på morgonen. Nuförtiden är jag nästan alltid trött så jag har funderat på att börja ta dem på morgonen igen, men tycker inte att det spelar så stor roll egentligen. Fördelen med att ta dem på morgonen är att man, om man missar, har hela dagen på sig att ta dem.
